TIPS TO MAKE YOUR KITCHEN LOOK CLUTTER-FREE AND ATTRACTIVE!
One of the most essential aspects about cooking is a clean and organized kitchen. A cluttered kitchen can take up the whole space of your kitchen and make cooking a troublesome experience.
Here are a few tips to organize your kitchen and create a hassle free cooking experience for yourself:
Keep your counter-tops clear
Coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender and the list goes on. There’s just too little space for so many things. Avoid all the clutter and keep only the most essential and frequently used appliances on the counter-top and make space for the rest in cabinets.
Keep the refrigerator door clean
Avoid making the refrigerator an art gallery with stickers and magnets of every possible size and shape. Refraining from doing so will change the entire outlook of your kitchen. Also, the top of your refrigerator is strictly not for placing any items. It just adds to additional maintenance issues and makes cleaning all the more difficult.
Make space for all the junk
Instead of spreading the relatively unwanted stuff in the kitchen all over the place, it might help to have a separate cabinet to store all these items. Whether it is bottle openers, tissues, paper plates etc , use the dedicated space to keep them all in one place.
Nothing can replace this. Cleaning is imperative and must be done at least twice or thrice a day to ensure that your kitchen remains spic and span. Only regular cleaning can keep the kitchen clutter free and looking tidy and refreshing always.
Lighting can make all the difference
Just like candle light can make anything look much better, a room or the kitchen itself can be transformed by subtle and subdued lighting. Install lighting under and over kitchen cabinets to give your kitchen a warm and cozy feel.
Package the stuff right
There is nothing more organized than tiny, pretty containers. You could also label them if you like with whatever ingredients they hold. Placing them in an orderly and neat fashion will not only make things easier to find for you but also helps to keep the place clutter free.
